Hopefully you were following the action from the U20 World Junior Championships in Tampere, Finland. One of our very own, Nash Lowis(pictured above), threw a HUGE Personal Best of 75.31m to take Gold! What an achievement.
Club resumes this Friday night at 5:40pm. We are requesting setup assistance from 4:30-5:00pm. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Hurdles
Seniors choosing to do the Hurdle event at 5:30pm MUST email the club by midnight Thursday night or Facebook message by 3pm. Marshalling at 5:15pm
